Frequently Asked Questions

What shipping options are available with free shipping?
Free shipping for U.S. addresses is via Priority Mail or FedEx which delivers in 1-4 days to most areas of the country. International orders are shipped via USPS with delivery in 3-10 business days to most areas of the world.

How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
90% of our orders now ship within 24 hours of placement! If the order has products that need to be manufactured, our lead time can be up to 2 weeks until shipment. If an order is time sensitive, please let us know so that we can best accommodate your needs.

What is your policy on cancellations and returns?
Cancellations are allowed before an order ships, at a 20% restocking fee. Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects.

What is your policy on adding on additional items for orders?
Although orders can take up to two weeks to make, they are going through our very complex manufacturing lines. Adding products to orders, while it may seem easy, causes issues and delays in the production line. Therefore we are not able to add on products to existing orders.

What are your hours of operation?
We work around the clock assisting our clients all over the world. When the office closes at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard time, there is still someone on call to handle your e-mails throughout the night and early morning.

How does sizing work for your collars?
Our sizing system is like this (unless otherwise noted): Size 8 will fit a pet's neck from 4"-6" Size 10 will fit a neck size from 6"-8" Size 12 fits necks from 8"-10" And so on. The easiest thing to tell your customers is to measure their pet's neck and add two inches to come to the right size. The only exception is our large leather collars, for these collars measure the dogs neck and add 4". When in doubt, buy the larger size!

Can I order collars with different colors of stones or hardware than what is posted online?
Unfortunately this is not a service that we can offer any longer. Due to the strain that it puts on our production line, special orders are now only accepted for orders of 12 or more of the same style, color, and size.
