Mirage Pet Products is a family owned and operated small American factory workshop for pet products. We've outfitted over three million dogs and cats since our inception as a brand in 2004 (although our factory has been in the family since the 1950's!) and we love what we do! - Free shipping for U.S. addresses is via Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS which delivers in 1-4 days to most areas of the US. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx as well with delivery in 3-10 business days to most areas of the world.
- How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
- 98% of our orders now ship within 24 hours of placement! If the order has products that need to be manufactured, we will let you know if an order will take longer than three business days. If an order is time sensitive, please let us know so that we can rush it for you.
- What is your policy on cancellations and returns?
- Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects.
- Can I custom order collars with different colors of stones or widgets than what is posted online?
- Yes, please do! We love putting together creative designs that our customers come up with!
