All orders are custom made, but we have our creation processes down to an art! 99% of orders ship within 24 hours! Larger orders may take 3-5 business days, please reach out if you need your order quickly and we will be happy to do our best to accommodate your needs!

Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects due to custom production for each order and hygiene concerns but if there are any issues with your order, please contact us! It is our biggest hope as a company that our customers are thrilled with our products and service and come back regularly! We do not require minimums but the more you spend, the more economical shipping becomes! We want our customers to order what they need for their business so we are firmly committed to not requiring minimums when you order directly through Mirage!

We ship from Mount Vernon, Missouri. Our factory address is 824 W Mount Vernon Blvd, Mount Vernon, Mo 65712. We are not able to accommodate guests or returns at this address, as it is a working factory and we are not set up to receive visitors or unknown packages.

Please order through our website whenever possible, this will avoid any administration delays! We can only accept dropship orders directly through our website, please place those orders by using your information for the billing and the customer's information for the shipping!
